Web of Change

For those of you who don't know much about Hollyhock, you'll be amazed at what a magical place it is. Hollyhock is a huge part of what makes Web of Change so special and unique, because it is nestled on 80 acres of untouched west coast wilderness, and is a place where transformation just seems to happen.

Hollyhock has been Canada's leading retreat centre for over 25 years. For the past 10 years, as a business it's been transitioning into hosting new types of conferences and retreats - ones that balance "kick-ass work in the world" with "spiritual and personal growth". Or, as Van Jones put it last week, "putting some feet under those prayers".

Last week we took another huge step forward in this direction with the sold out Social Change Institute. Over 100 amazing leaders gathered for 5 days to discuss themes like the business of social change, new financial models, and models of power and strategy. Saying goodbye to SCI

SCI received rave reviews from nearly all 100 attendees and is now another solid pillar in this new stream of conference at Hollyhock (others include Social Venture Institute, Media that Matters, and of course our own Web of Change). Horray for Hollyhock and for all of us who want more out of your average gathering and believe connecting our hearts and our heads while building amazing lifetime networks is actually the best way of making lasting change in the world and in ourselves.
