Social Tech Training
We are proud to announce the 2009 Social Tech Training (STT) — a hands-on, Web 2.0 oriented learning intensive for people working in the social change sector.
This “Masters level” 3-day course is ideal for organizations that have a website, an active email list, a profile on Facebook, MySpace, and maybe even Twitter… and see the potential for the web to become a more central part of campaign communications. This year, STT returns to Toronto's MaRS Centre as a feature event during Net Change — a week long event embracing Social Tech Training and the broader community of digital professionals and social change-makers.
STT runs from June 10th to 12th.
Jun 15th update: This event is now complete. Thanks to all who made it such a worthwhile event.

“I feel like I learned as much in STT as I would in a good university course. My brain was exploding with new ideas, and the sessions on working gracefully with people from within the organization, and appreciating the wisdom they can add, were absolutely invaluable for all areas of my work.”
