It’s been a standout season for Web of Change! We elected our first board of directors, hired a year-round managing director, launched our first community-driven, mini-conference in LA and brought leaders from many walks of life to Web of Change. Along the way, we set some pretty ambitious goals. Here’s a look at the progress we’ve made together.
A report from your first-ever board of directors.

"I have immense gratitude for the community of sponsors who’ve stepped up to help Web of Change come alive. Thank you for championing the future of Web of Change and making the ideas, momentum and magic we create together possible and more accessible for all.”
- Sabrina Hersi Issa, Fundraising Lead
“Without a scholarship, there’s no way I could have made it to Web of Change 2014. And without this year's Web of Change, I don't think I would have made it through this year. The magical Hollyhock and 120 of the most amazing and giving other fighters I met there gave me new strength and purpose.”
- Shauna Dillavou, Community Red
"A million thanks for the scholarship to Web of Change. I've rarely had the opportunity to talk about personal ecology, ethics in technology, power and privilege, and my own vision amidst the day-to-day hustle of my work. Web of Change provided me with an excellent opportunity to recalibrate myself professionally and gave me a network that will push me to take care of myself as I try to make change in the world."
- Harold Moore, WOC 2014 Attendee
