Since 2001, the annual WOC at Hollyhock retreat has connected senior leaders and offered them the opportunity to share their world-class work with a powerful community of deeply committed peers. WOC hones professional and leadership skills, convenes inspiring high level conversations not found anywhere else, and seeds new projects, collaborations, and solutions at our 4 night retreat on British Columbia’s remote Cortes Island.

This year’s agenda is being developed in a highly collaborative way by our 8 fantastic co-conveners. The emerging themes for 2009 include:
