There is less than a week left to get in your session proposal for Web of Change! If you have a topic or idea that you think would make an interesting session then take a look at the session proposal form to help hone your idea into a clearly articulated session.

Emerging Themes for 2009

Web of Change aims to strike a balance between a traditonal, expert designed conference and the new, high energy, -"camp" style bottom up events. So while we leave time in our agenda for emergent topics the community wishes to discuss, we also invest substantial resources in formal agenda and process design to ensure the key themes and hot topics most relevant to our community, and have the right subject matter leaders who can share, lead, and impact real change on the land with us.

Accommodations

Hollyhock is one of the most unique conference settings in North America. Its natural beauty and remote location support the integrated goals of Web of Change. It lies on the sunniest southeastern beach of Cortes Island, BC, at the entrance to enchanting Desolation Sound, between the glaciers of Vancouver Island and the Coast Mountain range, about 100 miles (160 km) north of Vancouver.
