Web of Change 2013 will be hosted at The Retreat at Balcones Springs, an inclusive executive retreat and special event venue located just outside Austin in Texas hill country.

The Retreat at Balcones Springs combines a first-class conference center with the serenity and beauty of a natural environment. Situated on 250 acres, the retreat center includes 44 cabins, a lake, and many activity areas.

In addition to exclusive use of meeting spaces and rustic modern cabins with Southwestern décor, you will enjoy being situated in Texas hill country with access to hiking, swimming, tennis, riding, and a variety of other activities. Some activities will require an additional charge.

A variety of rooming options will be available from single occupancy with a king bed and private bath to dorm style with twin beds and shared baths. Each cabin has high ceilings, yellow pine interiors and individual temperature controls. All rooms are non-smoking.

Costs:

Retreat registration is $595. Registration includes access to all sessions during the retreat, meals, and all activities (unless otherwise noted). In addition, 12 meals are included in the registration fee, beginning with dinner on Wednesday, Sept 18th and concluding with lunch on Sunday, Sept 22nd.

Accommodation rates vary based on the type of room selected. You will have the option to select single, double, or quad style rooms. The rates will range from approximately $100-$300 per night.
